Happy New Year! As we gathered for the first Sunday of 2024, our congregation began a period of reflection on what it means to live as creatures of time. Pastor Adam led a meditation on how we live adrift on the tides of time, and how that may well be a blessing by God. This it the first in a new sermon series, so we hope you will join us for more times of reflection on this theme over the next few weeks. The choir enhanced our worship experience with their anthem, "Come to the Water."

Welcome to the season of Advent at Farmville Baptist Church and the Farmville Baptist Podcast! On December 10, 2023, the congregation praised God together and listened to the words of Scripture from the prophet Isaiah and from the Gospel of Mark.
